Tile Conversion
Converting your tile roof to Colorsteel gives your home a modern, durable finish while reducing the ongoing maintenance that comes with ageing tiles. Here's what the process involves:
We start by carefully removing all your existing tiles. If your roof has Decramastic tiles, these will need to be tested for asbestos before removal — a straightforward step, which we will do for you. If asbestos is present, we can arrange professional asbestos removal as part of the re-roofing package.
If you're converting from heavy clay or concrete tiles, this may require a building consent — we recommend applying for an exemption, this is usually quick and simple and we can guide you through the process.
Once the old roof is clear, we install new timber purlins to properly support your new Colorsteel roofing, ensuring a solid, code-compliant base before the new roof goes on. From there, we install your new Colorsteel roof to the same high standard as all our work, backed by our 15-year workmanship warranty.
Throughout the job, we remove all old roof and waste materials from site, leaving your property clean and tidy with nothing left for you to deal with.

Solar panels
